Service Description
Before your 1-year or 2-year builder warranty expires, it’s critical to identify any visible issues that may still be covered. This inspection is performed in accordance with the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice (SOP), as required by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR). We conduct a thorough visual inspection of the home’s major systems and components, including: Roofing, exterior, structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interior features. You’ll receive a detailed report outlining any observable deficiencies, giving you clear documentation to present to your builder before your warranty period ends. Important: This is a non-invasive, visual inspection and does not include code compliance or guarantee against future conditions. Pricing: 10% off standard Residential Inspection rates $315 minimum
